Tibet Huacheng Industrial Co., Ltd. is a high-tech industrial limited company in the Lhasa Comprehensive Bonded Zone that specializes in agricultural machinery, electromechanical equipment assembly, electronics technology development, consulting and relevant services, network engineering, and import and export trade. The General Manager Responsibility System under the leadership of the Board of Directors is implemented in the company to take charge of the routine operation and management. We have seven departments to constitute a well-functioning, professional company structure, namely the Administrative and Personnel Department, Production Planning Department, Supply Department, Sales Department, Finance Department, Technology Development Department, and After-sales Service Department. We have more than 180 employees, of whom 5 hold the senior professional title and 14 hold the medium-grade professional title; more than 30% of our employees are equipped with professional skills for agricultural machinery and electromechanical equipment maintenance, and 20% are professionally skillful in the construction and maintenance of network engineering.
Meanwhile, we have cooperated with large domestic enterprises in the R & D and production of farm cultivators, water pumps, hay mowers, and electric generators. Moreover, we have developed resultful and in-depth ties with domestic major agricultural machinery manufacturers and electric vehicle manufacturers.
Taking advantage of the platform of the Lhasa Comprehensive Bonded Zone, we have built the production and assembly base of agricultural machinery in the Zone and actively participated in the development and production of agricultural machinery suitable for the South Asian market such as farm cultivators, water pumps, and hay mowers that are supported by the policies of the countries along the Belt and Road. We export relevant high-quality products to South Asian countries to obtain economic benefits, to promote the economic development of Tibet, and to make contributions to the development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
